I'm grateful today for two gifts. First, last night we went to host families. Here is a picture with me, Chandler and Ian and the host family who fed us last night. You know what's amazing? Unbeknownst to the staff or me, God ordained that I would be placed with the same family I stayed with for five days over 8 years ago. I thought that Freddy and Michelle had grown up but they are still there in 8th and 9th grade. Very cool.
Second, God gave us a beautiful rainbow to start the day! It's so pleasant here right now and feels so good.
I guess I have a third: my back is actually feeling better after working the pickaxe yesterday. So maybe I just needed the exercise!!
